We are seeking a strong team player with senior technical skill level in Sun , HPUX, web, and AIX Unix system administration. The ideal candidate will be an experienced system administrator with strong experience in Sun Solaris and HP-UX operating systems and associated peripherals. Project Management skills are a plus. Candidate should be very familiar with, and have solid clustering technology on UNIX platforms, (MC ServiceGuard and Veritas Cluster Server), external storage and SANs general knowledge and strong knowledge in problem and change control practices. Shell scripting is desired to maintain existing and assist in new automation. Candidate should have general knowledge of databases, networking, and/or web development as related to a Unix server environment. This candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to provide technical input to customer strategies and account and delivery projects. Effective teaming with peers, customers and management is also required. This position is located at the Client’s site in Atlanta, GA.

Specialized skills:
Primary skills - Sun Solaris SME/High End support - Level 4 - Resource would be supporting large SUN server infrastructure at 2 Atlanta datacenters. This resource should have Sun Solaris 8 and 10 experience. Including ability to design, configure, and build SUN infrastructure. In addition, resource should have solid experience with Veritas cluster server and integration of storage management (SAN) technology on Sun Solaris platforms.

Secondary skills – HP/UX SME/High End support - Level 3/4 - Resource would be supporting HP/UX servers 2 datacenters. Candidate should have HP-UX (HPUX 11.11 and 11.23) skills including ability to design, configure, and build HP infrastructure. In addition, resource should have experience with clustering (ServiceGuard) and integration of storage management (SAN) technology on HP platforms.

General Skills:
Skilled in Sun, HP, AIX
Web Server support and Tuxedo support a plus
Hands-on experience with Solaris builds, configurations and ongoing support;
Excellent teaming, communications and customer-facing skills
Ability to work effectively in team environment
Veritas and HP Clustering background strongly desired
Must have strong problem determination/resolution skill and knowledge of server support; Should possess ability to work via Service Center ticketing for problem/incident management and knowledge of change management methodology

Wintel Architecture Resource:
Highly skilled in Windows Architecture, Windows Networking, Windows Activity Directory, Exchange, Vitalization and design of Windows Solutions in an Enterprise environment. Develop complex solutions within the Wintel platform integrating various products, Applications and other platform such as Enterprise Storage, HPUX/Sun, Linux, Backup and Recovery Strategies, Develop logical and physical design documentation as part of the customer's blueprinting process for Architecture approval, Develop Solution documentation that would be used as the guideline for implementation. Expert in Exchange 2007

Unix Architecture Resource:
Highly skilled in Unix Architecture covering the following platforms: Sun & AIX. Develop complex solutions within the Unix platform integrating various products, Applications and other platform such as Enterprise Storage, Windows, Backup and Recovery Strategies, Develop logical and physical design documentation, as part of the customer's blueprinting process for Architecture approval, Develop Solution documentation that would be used as the guideline for implementation and security compliance.

This candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to provide technical input to customer strategies and account and delivery projects. Effective teaming with peers, customers and management is also required. This position is located at the Client’s site in Atlanta, GA.
